The project commenced in September of 2014 and was completed in less than a year, in August of 2015. Zoned LAC2-1VL, the building is comprised of 3 one bedrooms, 19 two bedrooms and 1 three bedroom unit.

Located within Arts District in North Hollywood, KPD Builders was appointed to build a 15 unit modern apartment building. The property consists of 9 two bedrooms and 6 three bedroom luxury units. KPD Builders was able to finish construction and deliver keys to the ownership within 14 months from commencement.

15150 Roxford Street, a former retail strip center, was demolished by KPD Builders to erect 33 units on Glenoaks Boulevard and Roxford Street. Construction commenced in September of 2015 and was completed 15 months later, in December of 2016. Positioned on 35,594 square feet of land, KPD Builders built a 4 story residential building, 45 feet high, in order to maximize the density. KPD Builders, creatively built an L shaped surface parking lot enveloping the perimeter of the building. The project now consists of 5 one bedrooms, 24 two bedrooms and 4 three bedrooms.
8600 Glenoaks Blvd Sun Valley, CA 91352
8600 Glenoaks Blvd, a former vacant piece of land, encompassing 43, 314 SF of land, KPD Builders, built a 60 unit multifamily building. The project commenced in November of 2016 and was completely delivered in March of 2018, making total construction from start to finish a total of 16 months. The building is comprised of 14 one bedrooms, 40 two bedrooms and 6 three bedroom units and features a fitness center, & a BBQ/Lounge area with a firepit.

KPD Builders, tore down a deferred maintenance former structure and started construction in Fall of 2017 in order to build an 18 unit apartment building consisting of 9 two bedrooms and 9 three bedroom units at 16836 Sherman Way. The property is positioned just East of the signalized hard corner of Sherman Way and Balboa Boulevard and the property boasts a rooftop BBQ deck for tenants to lounge and enjoy, along with 6 storage units.

6015 Woodman Ave, is KPD Builder’s latest project and is still under construction. The property is situated on the corner of Woodman Avenue and Oxnard Street, nearly a mile and a half from Valley College in Van Nuys. KPD Builders, plans to build 14 one bedroom one bath units with an average square footage of 800 square feet. The property broke ground in Fall of 2018 and is anticipated to be move-in ready in Fall of 2019.
